I’ve got to put a personal shout out to my financial advisor Kahna Eam. I just want to express here that without her I wouldn’t have been able to get my feet on the ground again financially.
First of all she helped me start my credit line again; I had been living outside of the country for 8 years and had a bad track record when I was in my twenties. Kahna really pushed for me to get a credit card with a small maximum limit so that I could at least prove myself. Other banks wouldn’t have anything to do with me.
So here we are 6 months later and I wanted to upgrade to a higher limit and you know what folks, I was approved instantly, I was so overjoyed I think I teared a bit. Kahna also told me that if you pay the total balance of your credit card monthly then your credit scores just skyrockets higher. Did any of you out there know about this?
Because of this simple advice she assured me that in another 6 months I would totally be approved for a mortgage loan to buy my own house. So with all this information I was just beside myself and to think all this advice is what I get free from being a client with this branch. Kahna has outdone herself in giving me a higher quality lifestyle.
Goodbye to paying crazy rent and to finally owning my own property.
