Sullivan Tree Service

I had them in last week for various work on 10 trees — removing 1 and pruning others. They exceeded my expectations. They were competitive with 3 other quotes I had, arranged for the work promptly, and sent out 3 very competent pleasant guys. There was a small increase in the contract scope, and the crew lead was very fair in the additional cost. I’d get them back for any future work for sure.

STAY AWAY at all cost! They missed several appointments, mixed up the order and only cut down one of two trees and then had to wait 6 months to reschedule the second tree. Then while cutting down the second tree they allowed a branch to hit the fence and damage it. And to top it all off they destroyed my yard with there equipment. Also left the logs in my front yard for two weeks.
The crew are nice guys however the lady in charge is a nightmare. As with other bad reviews she will probably blame the home owner.

I first met Joey Sullivan in 2009 when he first launched his tree pruning company. I was so impressed by his work that I kept his business card and called him 6 yrs later to prune my trees again.
I called their office and got an appointment quickly. Yesterday Joey and his crew stopped by and did an excellent job on my trees. The crew was courteous, fast and efficient (in fact another of his crew stopped by to provide extra help to get the job done quickly. That was nice!).
I was at work and Joey called me before starting to ask me what I wanted, and then he called again when he was almost done just to see if I wanted to see the work and if there were any final cuts/​things I wanted done.
Overall I was very happy with the final job. They cleared away all the branches, raked up the leaves and shrubbery and left my yard neat and tidy. My trees were huge and needed a good pruning and Sullivan Tree Service did an excellent job.
I would highly recommend them. A++
