Overall I really enjoyed the workmanship and customer service of this place for getting my cowboy boots repaired. The little Italian shoemaker vibe really sold it for me. The only reason this place doesn’t get the full five stars is because the parking lot is poorly setup. I can understand why being right off a main drag, but I missed the location both when dropping off and picking up my boots and had to spin around the block. Other than that I think they have a good thing going.
