These guys are opportunists preying on ignorant consumers. They will routinely sell classic arcade machines for literally 10 times what they are worth. For example: they will take a decent standup arcade machine(like an old Golden Tee), remove the arcade monitor, game, install an LCD, a cheap 60-in-one board, and instead of a $ 200-$ 500 average price they will sell it for north of $ 2500! It’s highway robbery. I would strongly suggest anyone in the market for an arcade machine to look to private collectors in town, just spend a couple weeks/days following ads on Kijiji, or join the online arcade community named: «KLOV» and find a better deal. Aside from this, the multiple encounters I’ve had with Tony Fisher(their President and CEO), and his son(one of their Managers), has been far less than stellar. He was rude from the start, and across multiple interactions over my first and only purchase they both treated me in a way that made me question how they’ve been in business this long. Even when asking the receptionist if I had just caught them on a bad day, she remarked that it was«par for the course». Bottom line: If you’re desperate, and have no place else to turn for your arcade, game room, etc. needs, I would still not suggest opening your wallet for these guys. Nobody’s that desperate
