I really had a good experience here. My hubby is the one who told me I should go check it out as he passes it each day on his way to work. The owner was working and she was very pleasant. I had the store to myself on a Sat afternoon! Time was getting away from me and I realized that the owner was staying late past her closing time while I chose what I wanted to buy! Everything was labeled and organized and there were some awesome 50% off clearance racks! I dislike paying full price for anything so consignment shops really are my thing. The clothes were all name brand, clean, were steamed to present well on the racks and overall, I was impressed with the choice. Change rooms were clean also. Prices were on par with other shops of the same nature. The store was not overly stuffed with stuff so it was not overwhelming like some other similar shops can be. There was even a small men’s section! I will have to come back to be able to look through everything as I had to skip the purses and shoes this round. Love how there is parking out front too. :). Happy me, added 7 new pieces to my closet today :). You just never know what gems you will find while consignment shopping! Even if I was a billionaire, I would shop here! :)

I’ve been consigning clothes with Sass for around a year or two now, and I really like them. When you’re closet is bursting at the seams, but you really don’t want to get rid of that blazer you bought a year ago(and have yet to wear) but also know you probably won’t ever wear it(because you can’t even fasten the button anymore), Sass provides a great solution. Sass consignment(like most fashion consignment stores) only take clothes that are a) in season, b) in style, and c) in decent condition. So before you load up every GAP t-shirt you ever bought, be reasonable, they probably won’t take your used Old Navy flip flops. However they will take the adorable blazer, and you will probably get some money back for it. This way, you’ve made some money back, cleared some closet space, and if your items don’t sell, Sass donates them to charity(if you don’t want them back), which you can feel good about too. So take a deep breath, be honest with yourself about those 6 inch neon heels and the likelihood of you wearing them in the next year, pile everything into a box and head to Sass. I’ve also purchased a couple of items from Sass. It’s nice to find a $ 20 shirt you can wear to work to mix things up a little without having to spend crazy money on brand new office attire. Awesome little consignment shop!

I had adventures in thrift shopping at Sass today. I am a thrift shop junkie and must say that this is one of the nicer consignment stores I’ve been to. It’s small but very clean, well organized and the racks aren’t overloaded with clothes. The clothing turnover is very quick(60 days), clearly to try and avoid this. Yes, there are men’s clothes as well. The quality of most items is very high and the prices reflect this. Numerous items are nearly the average price you’d pay in the mall, but are like brand new. I spent $ 95 on a pair of jeans, two dress tops(one from Banana Republic) and a long sweater and they all appear to be never worn. I feel okay about my purchases because there are no flaws and it saved me from driving to and dealing with the mall. There are sales racks with 40% off. I must admit that I haven’t shopped for clothes in a mall this year, so what I purchased may be a total steal and I wouldn’t even know it. You can return/exchange regular priced items within three days, which is awesome. I’m now going to try Sass out to consign my own clothes and see what happens. Being that it’s located beside Aradia Fitness, you know there is regular foot traffic. The young woman working was very trendy and friendly.
