One of the only places that repair the evil Dell computers. Dell makes it difficult for you to repair or upgrade your PC as they want you to go to Dell directly.
Staff is nice and friendly. I would’ve given it a 4 or 5-​stars if they had allowed me to use the Unilocal coupon (repair discount) after the fact. I had only got the coupon after picking up and paying for my computer because my phone was being slow, the coupon popped up after I had paid.
The guy said to use it the next time my computer needing fixing… lol.

I dropped my personal laptop off for servicing the summer of 2012 to be worked on while away on vacation, returned to hear that thieves had done a smash and grab and mine along with several other pieces of hardware had been stolen. Took 2 months to get the claim sorted out and the owner suggested I contact their insurer to speed up the process which I did twice. In the end I was asked to pay the original service fee because the shop had done the work I had asked them to do… I trusted my equipment with them, lost it along with data and they wanted me to pay for the work they did for a laptop I never got back. They say they have installed new security features since.

I took my Dell laptop in after all my USB ports died, and the Dell people (NOT the Rocky Mountain people) was very rude, not very helpful and also said it would cost $ 500 to fix. Rocky Mountain did the repairs quickly (even though they had to order parts! very impressive!), for $ 147 and change, and were VERY friendly! I will absolutely be back for repairs, and probably for a new laptop some day. Highly recommended. They provided frequent updates on the progress, and can do so via text or phone calls. They also have a shop turtle named Harry. Which made my day for some reason! Bottom line — good price, fast, efficient service, great communication, very resourceful.

This is the best little computer shop in Calgary! Staff actually CARE about you and will sit and have coffee with you and catch up. They always take good care of your computer and the prices are reasonable. Go here if you want honest, good people to do business with.
