The selection isn’t vast, but it is better than Costco, and the prices are only second to Costco’s. My mom always has a family BBQ when I’m in town to visit and she send me here to stock up the bar after getting the basics at the Costco liquor store. I agree with Adam B’s point about being able to find some cheap gems in the wine aisle. I bought all of the wine for my wedding at a RCL5 years ago at prices that couldn’t be beat when picking up entire cases.

The Real Canadian Liquor Store(Superstore of boooooze) doesn’t neccisarily have the best selection… but if they have what you want, it will be cheaper than anywhere else. Varried, though not huge, selection of imported beers that actually seems to be getting better, and a few great smaller canadian breweries(Creemore!). Their PC branded Pilsner, Dry or Red are some of the best«buck-a-beer» your likely going to find. And, the surprising decent scotch selection could see you saving upwards of $ 20 a bottle on a mid-high range single malt. I don’t know enough about wine to speak to the quality of selection, however, I know the prices are competitive. Only downside: no cooler. Beer comes warm, so not for spur-of-the-moment purchases(or just get scotch!)

This store is conveniently located in the south end of the parking lot for the real canadian superstore. There is alot of selection here, and lots of good bargains to be had in the wines. I personally love to try all kinds of cheapo wines as you can often find some real gems. This is a good store for that. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and if you have a big order, they will carry it out to the car for you. Lots of parking out front. Good value here as they often have promotions and specials. Althought the store is predominantly stocked with wine there is also beer and there are spirits too. :)
