This is, absolutely, the most disorganized cleaning company I have ever worked with. They cannot keep a schedule, the cleaners may show up any time from 8:30am to late afternoon, even after you have booked a specific time and confirmed it. On top of it, they take zero accountability for their errors and the customer service is beyond awful. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have a toddler and a school aged child, so between naps and pick up and drop off, it is about the last thing a person needs when trying to book a cleaning service to help them better manage the daily grind.

We’ve been using their monthly service for two months now, and have been very pleased with the work. We love the little touches that some of the cleaners do — fancy folds on the kitchen towels, folding the toilet paper ends into points, artful arrangement of sofa pillows, etc. The house always smells so clean when we get home on cleaning day. We especially like the written checklist they use for each clean so we know everything has been done, and they rarely miss an item (a bathroom garbage was missed once, but nothing major). We are happy to continue using them for a monthly clean.
