I called my order in, when I got there I was told that someone sold the pizza I ordered by mistake. They offered me other pizzas but I didnt want any other. So, they said I have to wait. I was really agitated.
When I was to pay for my order, the owner apologized and gave me really good discount.
The bad experience was corrected right on the spot. From a bad experience to a good experience. That is a good compromise I think. the price is NOT bad. OMG, the stuffed cheese bread is so good… it is a MUST try…
