I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell’s for at least 8 years and I am always delighted with her work, her keen eye for symmetry and her ability to brighten up my day. I appreciate she always listens to my concerns, gives great advice and to date has never steered me wrong

A++++ for Dr Campbell and her staff. I have been coming here for a number of years for a variety of services from fillers to peels to laser work. Not once in the many years I have been coming here have I ever once been unsatisfied or unhappy. There staff always manage to make me laugh and put a smile on my face. Highly recommend Dr Campbell for all your esthetic needs.

I noticed there are some bad reviews for this business, so I wanted to share a more positive story. I purchased a GroupOn to try laser hair removal and met with Shawana for my appointment. What I liked is that upon seeing me and examining my face she was completely honest with me and let me know that I was not a good candidate for the procedure because my facial hair was too light and fine. She said that I would not be happy with the results and she did not want to take advantage of me. I appreciated this so much that I decided to come and write a review on her behalf. I can’t speak for any of the other people at the clinic, but Shawana was straight-​forward and honest, when she could have been dishonest and had me just do the procedure.

This place is terrible for the following reasons:
1. Always running minimum one hour behind, had to reschedule several apts bc I have a job I need to be punctual for
2. Admirable staff turnover
3. Rude and miserable staff
4. Tried to charge me for a missed apt, that I had cancelled… good one.
5. Mixed up a prescription refill
6. Clearly un-​organized
7. I made the mistake of getting a groupon through this clinic without doing my research. I still have treatments left I could use… but I will happily NEVER return to this clinic again.

This office is most unusual. making money is the bottom line. First of all, privacy is not considered, you must wait in group waiting rooms between procedures. It is very uncomfortable, as you are sitting with three to four other women that are waiting in various procedure stages. And why weren’t you allowed to wait in the privacy of your exam room. Because more clients can be done per hour. The front desk staff as already stated are never the same, and training seem to not be considered. This is a top down thing. They finally moved the business office out of the front room, so there is at least some privacy. Dr. Campbell has a fantastic background and probably is a very good dermatologist, but she found that there is more money in the beauty business. A patient must have confidence in the services rendered and this office does not convey alot of confidence.

I USED to come to this clinic for laser hair removal. So this is what my review will be focused on. I do know they offer several other treatments for skin enhancement but never had them done here.
First off, their front desk staff is replaced more often than Wal-​Mart employees, no offence Wal-​Mart. So if you do go for your 4 – 6 week laser treatments at those intervals, you will most likely not have the same receptionist booking your next appointment. Their main office staff, however, have been there for the time that I attended the clinic.
The technician that did my treatments suddenly left, and I really liked her but NO ONE was allowed to disclose where she had moved to… I got the feeling she got canned. The next tech that proceeded to work on me did not set the laser right and therefore got a crappy procedure done. I could feel it did not feel right as she pulsed my skin, and accordingly, when I got home, my skin was red and swollen-​for days, in fact I had some hypo-​pigmentation occur. I do not know whether she was qualified to use the laser or just didn’t read my prior techs comments but when I came back regarding my burnt skin, all they did was try to get me to book an appointment for some other treatment and a round of mircoderm to fix the damage that THEY did and push this skin lightening cream in the interim that the Doctors there formulated. At $ 37 per oz for something I did not know how my skin would react to, I left and never came back.
I did meet with Dr. Campbell for 1 consultation regarding the damage to my skin, and the pre-​laser evaluation. She is very knowledgeable and professional however, I did not see any results that I was happy with. $ 3,000 later and very minimal hair removal that grew back within the year really did not sit well with me.
Sometimes the wait times were atrocious, even with an appointment. No coffee, or tea offered if you have to wait so that is unusual considering how much money this place makes and come to think of it, no magazines to leaf through.
I would not recommend this clinic for laser hair removal when many salons offer it as well for way cheaper, in fact you can even purchase home diode lasers on line for the price of 2 treatments here with about the same results.
