We’ve used them 2 or 3 times for furnace duct cleaning (and were always happy), and just had them in to address our flakey furnace.
Called at 8am and said that they could be there in under two hours — AND WERE. :) They fixed our furnace and tidied up their work-​mess after. And — the furnace seems to be working well again — what more could I ask for?

I’ve used Just In Time Furnace a number of times in the past. Each time they’ve been prompt, quick, and accurate with their service. Admittedly, phoning the company to book the service could be better, in that the person answering the phone isn’t always the most amicable (they are professional, but not super pleasant).
The latest service was furnace and duct cleaning, and Neil and James did a great job. They were prompt, pleasant, and explained the whole process. They even came back when they realized my dryer vent had been missed (I bet other companies wouldn’t). They were respectful of my space and made sure to leave things as they found them.

Technician came to our rental property and broke valve. They said they would fix it for $ 400 and not charge the dispatch fee. Thanks! Our tenants called the manager but he was too busy to return the call.
