This review is for the West Springs location. This place is small but it’s suitable for small kids when the weather isn’t nice. We have a membership here but we barely go now. 1. It’s never open when I’d like to take my kid(evenings and Sundays) and 2. they allow too many kids in here at once, especially Saturday mornings when there is a birthday party going on. Too many parents are on their phone and don’t watch their kids… and there has always been that one older kid that is running around too crazy while there are little babies around and if the parent doesn’t do something about them, I feel like the staff should. There is also always one kid who is not wearing socks that the staff doesn’t do anything about. And this is my biggest pet peeve… when parents go into the play structure. It’s very small so when a parent is in there, other kids can’t get past them or just become stuck in there as the parent is blocking the only exit. And as soon as one parent goes in, all of them go in. The staff should ask them to get out but they just stand around at the counter and don’t do much. I wouldn’t say it’s really worth going here, I probably haven’t been there in a couple months bcs it just isn’t that fun when it’s too packed.

Carpeted– YUCK! Carpet is dirty and probably full of drool. food… Boogers and who knows what else. Seems a little behind times to put carpet in an area with such a high traffic of kids. Play area for toddlers/babies needs to be updated. Some old exersaucers and over used books, toys. Big jungle gym is pretty nice. A bit small compared to the other josos in the South. The staff are useless, always on their cellphones, zero personality(odd for a kids place with a preschool as well don’t you think?!) and never paying attention to what’s going on. They are not very inviting at all and seem like they hate their jobs. Not very much space for parents to sit. Quite a crowded area that is outdated.

Our first visit was on a Tuesday and it was extremely busy(didn’t know about toonie Tuesday) but there was lots for my little people to do. Went with two other mums and it made 6 month olds to four year olds happy. There was limited seating for mums because of the special offer though. Would probably pony up for full price and less crowds in the future.

It’s a nice little play centre and very affordable. When I was there with my 5 and 1 year old it was pretty quiet and they had a good amount of toys for the younger ones. Overall I find it a little small for my 5 year old but ideal for my 1 year old.
