My credit card works fine literally everywhere else but in these lots — the machine won’t read it, nor would it read the second card I tried. Tried the next lot over and had the same problem. Watched another guy try his card — same problem. Do they even want our money? Useless.

Nobody would park in their lots in Calgary if there were openings in Municipal lots nearby. $ 15.75 for an hour in an outdoor lot. What a joke. I didn’t know that when I first parked there. I was desperate and had an appointment to keep. In my rush, I parked and ran to make it in time, saying I’d pay when I got back. 20 minutes later, I arrived and paid for it. Already had a ticket. Good news is that these twerps can’t enforce it. They can only tow the car if I park in their lot again without paying. Don’t pay these ‘tickets’ unless you plan to use their lots again.
