Either I’m a scary looking dude or these sleazy salespeople are racist. Why is it when I walk into this dealership the sales stuff run for the hill? Disgusting. The look one of them gave me because I showed up wearing a t shirt and jeans to their shitty dealership was hilarious. As if I need to dress up to deal with one of these crackheads. I wouldn’t dress any better if I was dating one of their moms. These guys need to get a grip or management needs to stop hiring klanmen. Anyway, came in there planning to buy a vehicle they had for sale, left after waiting for 20 minutes despite their front counter staff paging a salesperson over the PA. One did show up gave me the once over, up and down, clearly was not impressed with my get up, turned around and high tailed it back to his hideout where he went back to drawing in colouring books. What a shit experience. I will not be back.

I came with my mom to have her car looked at. One part of the repair was to fix her automatic window and the other was a pretty serious recall. When my dad originally booked the appointment they asked if we were going to wait for the car. Considering the severity of the recall it wasn’t going to be a sit and wait kind of thing. However when we got there they said they would have to keep the car overnight. Bad communication all around. Later in the day we call to find out what’s going on. They said that they would need the car for a full two days. Not happening as I had to get to te airport the next morning. We picked up the car and now have to rebook or another day. The worst part of all this is that Infinity knew what was going on but individuals didn’t. They had ordered the parts in advance, knew it was a serious recall, but still fumbled the customer service aspect of everything. But what can you do? It’s the dealer and there’s no other choice.
