The food’s great, I like it here. My only concern is that they’re really really expensive.

This place is awesome. Food is great. Service is great. Way better than the rest of the fast food chains. A must place to eat.

I love groupons and deal vouchers. It’s a great way of trying a place out and not feeling bad about having wasted your money if you don’t like the food. Using a groupon I got two cheddar fatburgers and two small fries for $ 13. You get to pick from your choice of lettuce, tomato, mustard, relish, onion, pickles, and mayo for your toppings. As chains go, this is one of the better ones for hamburgers. At first glance it was hard to tell there was a burger in there because of the way the burger is served. They make sort of an open envelope around the burger so that you can just pick it up and eat. The burger is nice and juicy and the bun was fresh. I also enjoyed the fries. They are some of the best fries among the fast food chains. The fries were crisp on the outside. There is no salt added but there is seasoning and hot sauces at the table. They have bottles of Frank’s Hot sauce and Chipotle Tabasco Sauce

If your looking for a great burger this is not the place but if you are looking for something that is hands above other fast food burgers this is your spot. First time at this location and it was not as good as my experiences in the south location. Got the reg fatburger with cheese fires and drink for 2(with a shake) almost $ 25. I not all that filling should have went for the king or even bigger but for what I had already paid thought I should not leave looking for the next place to eat. Service was good but a bit on the hovering around side but its better then the place being dirty. Would go back but maybe just for a shake or one of the other snacks.

My friend James and I are going to try the Fatburger due to Groupon promotion. 2 cheese burger and 2 small fries for $ 13.00. Not too shabby for this kind of promotional price. I substitute the beef patty into turkey patty for additional $ 1. Unfortunately, my turkey burger patty was too dry. The fries was perfectly cook, crispy outside not too soft inside. James ordered the chocolate strawberry mix milkshake. He said it was very strong flavour in it. Overall, I gave 3 out of 5 stars due to my dry turkey patty, and the restaurant concept was same as other American burger joint concept: Burger, fried food and milkshake. Nothing to spark my burger joint excitement. The remaining stars given to an awesome French fries and services.

This was my very first Fatburger visit and I must say I was very impressed. I found Fatburger while looking for a quick place to grab some supper before a meeting. My meal was a regular burger with cheese and a lemonade. Nothing too fancy but certainly one of the tastiest and least greasy hamburgers I’ve had in a while. Looking forward to seeing more locations closer to where I live and normally hang out.

Wow — great experience! The burger was incredible and the service was even better. At the end of the meal, I was wrapping up what was left of my son’s burger, and the cashier dropped by with a paper bag and bagged it for me. Outstanding job, Fatburger! You’ve earned a loyal customer.

The food quality is decent and consistent. The restaurant is always clean and the staff polite and quick. I appreciate the choice of opting out of the garnishes and have never left the restaurant hungry. But the I really miss the enthusiastic echoing of shouting out the orders of the other location and the first few months this location was open. The staff are competent and quiet. What attracted me to Fatburger originally was the enthusiasm of the staff for their food prep and customers. This is my husband’s favourite burger joint, so we go there a lot. And he compares everywhere else to Fat Burger. If Hubby was a Unilocalin’ fella, he’d give it a solid four stars. And since we like to keep him happy, we go to Fatburger but make him expand his horizons by trying new Unilocal-bits a couple of times a month.

I had found Fatburger on Unilocal!while I was looking for a place to have dinner before a movie in Sunridge. I love burgers and I love them even more when they are thick and meaty. And Fatburger had just that. I found it be a bit confusing when ordering. Although their website says they have combos, I dont think its what Id consider a combo(combo means getting a deal by buying all together as a meal) because I felt like I was paying for each thing(the burger, fires and the drink) The food was amazing though. I was more than pleased with the amount of food given(considering what you pay for it) and the taste was very good. My boyfriend tried their shake and it was SOGOOD! I was kicking myself for not getting one it was that good.

I must admit that I love Fatburger. I like that there are so many topping options. My favorite is the junior fatburger(think that’s what it’s called) with bacon and cheese added. While I like the burgers, I must admit that my real love affair is with the onion rings. They are made from real onions & are made fresh daily(shocking, I know!). The breading is cornmeal instead of the fish & chip like breading some places use. I keep going back to Fatburger because these are the best onion rings I’ve found.

I don’t get the appeal of this chain. What I had was just like any fast food burger but not as tasty.

I have been to the other fatburger down at deerfoot, so I thought I would compare the 2 and also comment on my latest visit. This location is significantly smalller than the one at Deerfoot, but for some reason I liked it better. I dunno, maybe it was the brightness of the location, there are lots of windows and it was a nice sunny day! However there were less booths here than at thier other location and I like booths. There is alot of more available parking here than at Deerfoot(deerfoot gets nuts). As is typical of Fatburger the food was hot, fresh and tasty. I had the veggie burger(I think its the best in town, if not the best I have ever had) and onion rings. The onion rings were excellent, hot, crispy, with full rings under the crunchy batter. Drinks here are serve yourself and unlimiited and your order is always served with a large paper ramekin of Heinz ketchup. They have really nice seasoning salt on the table which I quite enjoy. You have to wait a few minutes while they cook your order– to order. All in all, I have to say Fatburger is great, and so is this location.

Fatburger is a fast food revelation. Where else can you get a fat, juicy fast food burger, topped with the freshest ingredients, and a cold draft beer to wash it down? Only at Fatburger, I tell ya. Sure, it’s not as fast as your typical fast food joint, and it costs a little more, but you’ll understand why when you get your meal, which is made to order and delivered hot to your table by the friendly, efficient staff. Since I was here just for a snack, I ordered a Babyfat, which cost $ 3.99, and came loaded with lettuce, onions, mustard, relish and pickles. The beef patty was perfect — thin, charred just the right amount — just the way I like it. You can add cheese, bacon, or mushrooms to your burger if you so choose, and they offer combo meals that include fries or onion rings and a drink. I dare say that until Calgary gets an In-N-Out franchise, Fatburger will reign supreme as the best fast food burger in the city.
