Both ladies I have been to here have been very attentive, nice ad although somewhat uncomfortably friendly. When you walk in Chinese radio is playing and being Caucasian, I felt a bit out of place but was relaxed when everyone spoke English! Both of my experiences were ideal, I got the haircut I wanted and then some (with clever tips on how to keep my hair looking good) styling, and slight instruction to style. My one complaint would be that they do not sweep the floors after previous customers so stepping on someone else’s fallen hair was a tad bit gross but overall the price and the results were well worth it. My first haircut cost me $ 45.00 without tip going from extremely long to a short flared cut whereas my second appointment was $ 35.00 excluding tip for a 45 minutes layering, trim and styling. Fen is amazing!
