I’m done with this salon.
I wanted to remove the warmth from my hair. Two appointments and close to $ 600 later my hair has gone back to the exact shade before my two treatments.
Such a rip off and bad service.

Oh hi. Why do you go to the spa? To come out feeling pretty, relaxed and maybe uplifted? If that is the case then maybe stay away — FAR away from here. My experience while getting a manicure was the worst.
First, I show up, I walk in and I wait — which yes I know, I am not the queen of England but I basically just stood at the front counter for about 10 mins before someone acknowledged I was there.
When I am checked in, the esthetician starts to question me on my choices and push on all these «upgrades» when really, I just want a quick manicure… during the manicure two of my fingers bled, the conversation was very rude and borderline demeaning. The shellac I asked for wasn’t even on my nails fully, and looked very poorly done.
At the end when it was time to pay, I was charged I think, double the cost of what I requested, and the shellac chipped away after five days… They did warn me that it could do that and I could come in for a «touch up» but really I didn’t want to have to deal with that again.

Visited the Seton location for the first time tonight, after finding out that both of my favourite stylists are now working there. Mike and Kelsey have never disappointed in their treatment of my dry, curly/​frizzy, always overdue for a cut, hair. Tonight was no different — Mike gave me a great haircut, perfectly straightened and styled. The experience from the front desk to walking out the door was friendly, professional and totally enjoyable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Proffesional is a small word for the staff at this salon. I was blown away at how amazing my experience was. I came into a salon of the new age. The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and offered me a coffe or tea. I sat down for all of 2 minutes before Sherry, my stylist, came to get me. She treated me with a big smile and we went to her chair. We discussed my hair cut choice and then gave me a wonderful massage. Even the shampoo felt amazing. Sherry did an absolute amazing job on my hair and even styled it in a way I have never done my self that made me feel and look very elegant. After I was finished I left feeling amazing with all the positive energy that I was just surrounded by.
If I could give this salon 6 stars I would. I 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I liked it so much I have booked for a pedicure and a eyebrow threading. I will update you on how that experience is after my appointment.

Lovely Ashley cut and coloured my hair so beautifully with caramel lights. She is a true perfectionist and her enthusiasm and dedication to her creative art and her clients is truly admirable. Ashley really loves what she does and you feel it! She is also excellent at selecting the best Aveda product for me each time. Great job and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
