I called to make a massage appointment and was told she could take me in 40 minutes, at 11:30. I hurried to the bank to pull out cash(she only accepts cash) and drove 20 minutes to the new location. At 11:28, 2 minutes before my appointment, she called and said«something came up» could I come later. At this point I was already there. Very unprofessional, I will not be rebooking.

I called to book an appointment, the clinic is right on the corner of 14 street and 2nd ave this place was easy to find. I was able to locate a street parking spot next to the building. The massage therapist had her certificates displayed on the wall, so I didn’t have to question whether this place was legit. The place is small but comfortable with therapeutic music playing the background and a refreshing aroma(?fancy mist nebulizers). On the medical questionnaire and chart I was able to highlight where my aches and trouble spots were on my body. My massage therapist was very thorough with the assessment, and adjusting to my comfort level. She concentrated on getting the knots on my neck and shoulder blades(I prefer a deep tissue massage which I able to get from this visit.) I paid $ 35 for a 30 minute massage(which I was able to claim through work benefits) well worth it. She told me 30 min wasn’t enough time for her to work through all my problems, but I had already felt like I had a new back, next time I will go for a full hour.

Very nice and friendly people. Good massage. Would have liked her to use fingers and thumbs more rather than palms and elbows but that won’t bother most people. $ 65 per hour for Tui NA very reasonable. I’ve never had my knees massaged — they are awake for the first time! She also checked in with me a lot, and they have a thorough intake form
