A1 Overhead Door Service

My garage door spring broke late on Saturday night, after some on line searching, I called Don at A1 Overhead Door on Sunday morning. He was able to come by a few hours later, he had what I needed in stock and completed the replacement efficiently. While he was at our home I asked a lot of questions about my door and opener quality and I feel he provided a very honest opinion. His comment on the door is that it is a lower quality (builder spec) door but not to worry about changing it until there is an issue. He noted some potential future issues with the door (of which I was already aware but I just wanted a professional opinion). Don is obviously focused on service quality to his customer and not on selling them something they do not need. I respect that a great deal as I find this business/​service quality very rare and difficult to find in Calgary. I will definitely call Don again for any garage door service I require and I strongly recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Don!
