Wendy’s

Went to Wendy’s for dinner today through the drive-​through window. Ordered a Bacon Deluxe combo without pickles, no salt (they put way too much salt on their fries otherwise), and no ice in my drink. I ended up getting all three and they didn’t even give me a receipt. So much for doing their online customer service survey!
The last time I went through the drive-​through window on April 28^th, I ordered the Taco Supremo Salad and the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. They gave me a defective salsa package that was leaking and partially open for the Taco Supremo Salad. For the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, they forgot the pecans and dressing.
The food is fine, but seriously… just walk in and eat-​in instead for this location. If you have a problem with your order, you can just tell them since you’re eating there.

It’s a Wendy’s… they were efficient at taking the order… producing food in a timely fashion… but, it could have been a little hotter (the burger). Chili cheese fries… they LOADED the cheese on this thing… as it started melting down it was a cheesy pile… maybe a little less cheese.

I ordered 8 cheese burgers 4 with no mayo. When we got to the park for our pick nick and opened our burgers there was no ketchup mustard onions or pickles I took them back and the manager told me they don’t put those items on their burgers she said we install only lettuce and mayo on their burgers., Which I think is not correct, The pictures on their menus show burgers with everything. Anyways won’t be going back. Not a satisfied customer at this point maybe next time around it will be better…,…

This is a classic, and not talking about their burger; it’s ancient & needs a re-​do like the mcdonalds, you actually feel good going to the newer ones.
Even the carpet looks ghetto.
But they were nice enough to ask if it was alright while they vacuumed as it was close to midnite, & i politely answered no b/​c didn’t want all the dust going up in the air and falling onto my burger haha. extra star for that.

After watching videos of Epic Mealtime, I wanted to do a junk food run. Wendy’s is open late, they have a drive thru window and there is a value menu for about 6 different items.
I ended up getting a cheeseburger, garden salad, baked potato, small fries. I felt like I was 16 again until 1 hour after consuming my fast food meal. Sigh… 16 year olds don’t get heart burn.

I needed a pit stop cause my blood sugar was low and I was craving for a bit of carbs.
Chili at Wendy’s did the trick.
A bottle of water and Chili just hit the spot and I was back on the road heading to my destination.
Maybe a bit more gas than I needed, but it was worth it.
I also like the salads at Wendy’s but didn’t get one here, this time.
Nice location, on Kingsway. Familiar Wendy’s setting.
Probably one of the better fast food chains in town.
