I called to get a quote on a toner cartridge and my employer said they were not interested. I then found out Julie was calling my other office location and being pushy about placing an order. She then called me and I explained we were not interested so she said she would come into the office to meet with my boss. I explained that this was not needed as the answer was no and she said she would still come in. I politely said «No, please don’t» to which she said «OK — bye bye». Do yourself a favour and stay away. Unbelievable.

They provide a terrible quality product and don’t stand behind it. The print quality of their toner cartridges is lousy and cannot be used for business. When I asked for refund, I was told that the problem might be my printer (not true because it works fine with a Brother cartridge from Staples). The person I talked to told me she «would see what she could do». I have never heard from them again. Do not buy from this company. Just a waste of money.
