This store rides on advertising low prices but beware they have terrible service. Although they’ll let you buy and return a sample tile, they won’t let you return anything else. I purchased tile from their warehouse and was clearly told «this tile is discounted and cannot be returned». Fair enough, that’s standard for sale items. I also bought a nuheat floor mat and thermostat and they told me it would take a couple days to get it in. My contractor had told me the wrong voltage and I tried to return it. They said no returns on special orders. I was never told it was a special order, never warned that I couldn’t return it. They told me about no returns on $ 2 tile but not on a $ 600 purchase?!? I’d steer clear of this place…
