I don’t tan really ever. Been a few times because I think it helps clear up my skin, and suntopia is close by so I thought Id check it out. every time i went there though i got the same lady, this blonde one named sara, and if i had any questions she just made it out like i was stupid. and its dirty in there, smells like a mixture of sweat and cat pee, and i heard someone was tanning in there and they got a pube on them. this girl– sara, she’s the manager and is confused with her title, manager means you have to work harder, not that your so good that now you have a free pass. DONT GO HERE

Honestly this location has gone down hill in the last year, I used to come here regularly until they changed their staff… I’ve come in a couple times and the beds haven’t been sanitized properly and every time I’ve asked for them to be cleaned again I’ve gotten attitude from the new staff. Its a shame, but once I finish my minutes I won’t ever be coming back.

I’ve been a few other places and can’t say I was impressed with Suntopia.
I had to squeeze in a last minute tan before I get tattooed tomorrow so I booked into their Bronze bed to make sure I didn’t burn… I was about 8 minutes late for my appointment and the lady was pretty rude about it saying that typically the spot is given away after 5 minutes but made sure to rudely point out «fortunately for me none of the people waiting wanted that bed»
I rushed to fill out the paperwork so I didn’t waste more of their time and let them cut me down from 20 minutes to 12 even though I never burn, wasn’t worth the argument.
The bed had a dirty manual fan which I almost kicked out of the bed because I’m tall and it was under renovation so it looked pretty ghetto in there.
Blegh…just overall not a good first visit but it’s close and reasonable prices so I will probably give them another shot in the future.

Excellent and professional service, I really love this place! They have some of the best beds in the biz and great ongoing specials to save $! Definitely check this place out if you’re new to tanning, very helpful in finding what’s best for you!!!

As someone who’s seasonal tanning experience is limited to what is given off from the pale glow of a computer monitor, tanning salons can be kind of intimidating.
I decided to get a bit of a head start into the summer sun. The staff was very helpful in deciding what would be the best experience for my sun type and was able to answer all questions I had about the equipment or tanning in general.
They made it easy to use their facilities by being able to store the tanning lotion there between tans. A nice thing too about their minutes that you can buy in a package is that they never expire or decay.
