Im driving a mitsubishi compact SUV… this is the branch where i do my routine maintenace, very friendly people frim receptionist-​manager-​maintenace people… theres comfi sofa by the waiting area, lots of magazines and uo todate news papers, free tea and coffee, clean wash room… i love this place coz they will not lie about the waiting time… they give free car wash aswell in and out… love it…

My next work car, on the side, will be a Mitsubishi, how can you beat a 10-​year bumper to bumper warranty, and as the name suggests, even the transmission!
While this dealership looks big, don’t let the high ceilings fool you. A very cramped show room, with about 6 cars too many, and sales reps office just one step away.
Ian here a true professional, low-​pressure, and helpful. Showed their biggest car, the Outlander, a 3-​row SUV. Every car is made in Japan, though that doesn’t hold the same weight like it used to, back in the days. Like when Sony vowed never to make their products outside of Japan, but I digress.
While a decent 4-​seat chair lounge area, the coffee counter is less to be desired, though there is a small vending machine.

I brought my jeep Patriot here for 5 years until I sold it.
Cisco and Mike were always friendly, professional, honest and customer focused. They always took my concerns seriously, they didn’t try to upsell me on unecessary services. I felt I was in very good hands and I knew there wouldn’t be any surprises. If they had any questions, they would always phone me and patiently explain the issues and answer any questions I had, but never pressuring me into going one way or the other. The prices were very good and I felt I was getting very good value for my money.

This is for the service department since I haven’t experienced the sales side yet. Both Cisco (over the phone) and Mike (in person) were really nice and knew exactly what was required for the Evo. They answered all of my questions and handled my car with care. I’ll definitely be back since it’s not easy to find a service center that inspires trust.
