Megabite Pizza

Went in on a Monday at lunch time. All the Za’s looked dry, but the worker said I’ll heat them up and they’ll be great. Against my better judgement I ordered a ham-pine&cap-mush. I sat down with them and heard a young couple complain to the cook that the slices were hard and dry, he said basically nothing but «oh well» it’s not busy during the holidays. Not an offer of a refund or make them new ones as they had 4 slices with 1 bite out of each. They just tossed them in the garbage and left. Mine were the same so I looked at the server and she went in the back with the cook. I peeled off the meat and tossed the rest. This is all too common in take out joints with kids working. No approval to refund money for crappy food when the owner or manager isn’t there. Mega bite is usually a solid 3 stars and nothing more as I’ve had a too many misses at this co. I won’t be going back anytime soon, plus the place was filthy.

. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste! I used to think it was impossible to mess up pizza (like the old adage: «the similarity between sex and pizza is that even a bad pizza is a good pizza…) But, experience has proved this wrong. Hey, we’re talking about pizza here, folks :)
The spinach roll is like a sausage roll but more in a bread-​like covering than pastry. Inside is spinach and either feta or goat cheese. Tasty! Could have used a smidgen more filling to achieve great bread: filling ratio.
The monster pizza was highly enjoyable. I added mushrooms and black olives and it was very affordable. Gluten free option available.
Delivery was fast and friendly.
I am glad to add this establishment to my ‘delivery bag of tricks’.
NOTE: Pizza crust and spinach roll had sesame seeds so if this is a problem, make sure to let them know.

I ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday from the Production Way Megabite location and was incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the pizza I paid for and also the lack of customer service in trying to deal with the location regarding this. When I received my pizza, it was lukewarm, half the crust was burnt and there was not enough cheese, so much so that most of the toppings were falling off. I phoned today to ask for a refund as this is the SECOND time I have gotten a pizza in this condition from this location. First of all, they blamed me for the condition the pizza was in because they said the delivery driver was waiting outside my building for 15 minutes, which is not true, I missed the first call from him, but we ended up talking only 5 minutes after he first called and I got my pizza then. I keep getting the runaround in regards to talking with a manager, the guy I talked to has now phoned the manager three times for me, how come they are able to talk but for some reason the manager is unavailable and too busy to talk to me! Then I was told the manager would be sending me an email, it has been two hours, no e-​mail, I phoned again, and the same guy I have been talking on the phone with then phoned the manager again and talked to him but yet the manager refuses to talk to me. I have yet to receive an e-​mail or a phone call. I just want a refund for a pizza that was NOT EVEN EDIBLE, the quality and service of the production way location has been going downhill and I will no longer be ordering from them anymore. I still have most of the pizza left which I have offered to bring in! I also have concerns with the cleanliness of this location, on countless times I have seen staff handle foodstuffs, with not washing their hands after handling money and debit/​credit cards as well as I see chemical cleaners being kept near the food products as well.

pizza is good esp for the price… we sometimes walk up the ½ block from production skytrain.

Ordered delievery. asked for a large pizza and chicken wings. Came to $ 28 with a two dollar tip for the driver. They forgot to bring the chicken wings. When i called and talked to them they said they can give me a credit so that i can get free chicken wings next time. What about the chicken wings i ordered? Not cool. pretty good pizza though. Customer Service is some of the worst i’ve seen

I love Megabite. They’re all over the place, but for a $ 2 slice kind of place you can’t get better, and I love their thin crust with the dash of sesame seeds on it. Lots of different kinds of pizza, some quitw unique for a slice place„ clean. Most trust worthy and consistent pizza slice joint. And this one at production station is brand new and roomier than some of the older ones. So great, if I’m starving while on the skytrain, I can get a very good slice. Not so hot for delivery though… their problem is that they put all the topping over the cheese. Unless you get pepperoni, it all falls off. I wouldn’t have the patience for that with a whole pizza and several people going at it at home. I’d end up with topping all over my carpet.
