Excellent homemade pies full of fresh fruit! Great shepherds pie and soups. Salad and sandwiches are very normal so never bothered to try. When u have a cold try their chicken noodle soup. Expensive but that’s what u pay for healthy food

Don’t waste your money here. It’s expensive and the ingredients aren’t even quality. I had a turkey sandwich which was basically the same as what I could’ve made at home for $ 1.50…except I paid 9 $ for it. Dempster’s bread. Schniders Turkey. The sand whichs they make at Safeway taste better AND cost less. I was expecting quality ingredients, homemade bread maybe? Or at least artisan bread. So disappointed, as in the food court there are so many other delicious choices. Quiznos actually makes a better sand which. And it costs less.

Came here right after shopping. Couldn’t decide what to eat in this big food court. Ended up here and I regret my decision. I wanted to try their«daily special» — triple cheese macaroni with free soup. I expected something good, something fancy. She prepared my food like I was in a bad high school canteen. Looked horrible. Tasted even worst. The soup was just ok. But this macaroni made me lose my appetite. I wont even finish it. The server didnt ask me what else I would like as I continued to move down the aisle. Horrible. Never coming back

Small café with lots of potential. Food is okay, nothing to write home about but decent. Mid range prices. Counter service.

Love how the food looks and tasted here. If you are looking for a healthy homemade meal this is the spot! Lasagna, 2 daily changing soups, six varieties of pies, quiches, salad bar, pasta… The only and biggest downside is that price. As a student, I can’t afford paying the price of two 6 inch subs for one of these meals. I love this place, but the price point makes me turn away every time. Don’t forget adding the tiny ‘plus tax’ onto the price.

Value is going down here. Portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. No credit card use so they don’t incur the fees. Poor business form. No longer a fan.

Food Not Bad, But Very Very Pricey! They make sandwiches with deli meat, on your choice of bread with veggies which is good. They have lettuce, sprouts, tomato and cucumber… What is not so nice, is that they will only give you 2 veggies and you have to pay extra for the additional 2 if you want the works. I find this ridiculous and outrageous! I know this isn’t Subway, but any other deli I have ever been to always let me pick and chose what veggies I wanted on my sandwich. Today, I had a ham and cheese sandwich and I asked for all veggy’s and once again I was refused unless I wanted to pay extra. The sandwich alone with just the 2 veggy’s was $ 7.00 plus tax, with soup it’s over $ 10 bucks. Plus, I’m not excited paying $ 7.00 for a sandwich that I could have made for $ 2.00 and doesn’t even include all the veggy’s I wanted. I was just in a rush and had to pick something healthy. I have gone previously and ordered a sheppard’s pie(which is pretty small), side salad and a chocolate milk. My eyes were wide open when I was charged almost $ 15… The food isn’t bad, it’s homemade, but it is my bad for continuing to go and get gouged! It has been one of the healthier options in the food court, but it’s a rip off. The other thing I don’t like about this café is, they put a sign out in front everyday and it usually says today’s special, or today’s feature… then they list either quiche, or lasagne, etc. The sign makes it looks like they are having a special on that dish, but it’s the same old regular price, the sign is just to get you in. They must think they are tricking people? I was fooled by it a couple times too and thought I was getting a good deal, because that was the special… but it wasn’t a special! I realize food prices have increased, but their prices have always been way too high. I will never go back again and to whoever reads this from the café, please be more customer friendly and STOP charging for extra lettuce or cucmber!

This is definetly one of the healthier choices for food in the Lougheed Mall food court and its delicious but, the prices hurt. This place is mostly frequented by seniors and the health conscious. They have a healthy assortment of soups, salads, sandwiches and things like mac and cheese and lasagna. The food tastes like home made cooking, and seems much healthier than most of the options in the food court except maybe the Salad Bar. They also have real cutlery, and dishware for those eating in the food court so less waste! It doesn’t come cheap though compared for other food court meals I can range anywhere between $ 10-$ 15 depending on your add ons, drinks, soups, etc.

Cute little café and sandwich bar. They sell fresh made to order sandwiches, yummy soups, mac and cheese, and lasagna. It seems like a family run place. A lot of small families and older couples come and dine here. I couldn’t quite figure out where the line was starting and which direction it goes in, because it looked like people were standing everywhere, so I think I accidentally cut in line. Ooops! My mac and cheese was pretty good, but not gourmet. However, it’s basic comfort food. The beef and barley soup was a winner though. It was quite delicious!
