Recently took in an expensive pair of boots for new heels, and also asked if they could fix a slight separation of the sole at the toes. Super nice guy. He discussed the options for fixing the boots with me first, and then did a beautiful job of both fixes. Very reasonably priced. Then today I took in a purse to get the strap shortened. Different guy working there today, also really nice. He did it in 20 minutes for under $ 10, and you can’t tell which side he altered. Highly recommend.
