I had my iPhone 5 glass replaced for $ 72 and it broke within 3 days with regular usage. Can’t belive that it was the iPhone glass that he claimed it was. When I went back he offered to install new glass for $ 40.

If there was a «0» score, this business would deserve it. The Asian owner/operator does not speak functional, intelligible English. His grunts and moans do not even qualify for the«speech» noun. The store looks like a junkyard in an abandoned refugee camp. He tries to run 3 businesses out of one cubicle, number 2322. On 3 different business cards he printed 3 different names, but he calls himself Anderson. Yea, sure. I wonder what Revenue Canada says about his tax returns. He misplaced my phone 4 times that I dropped off, that equals to 4 wasted trips. He did not return or answer 6 of my messages. He does not have deadlines, stuff just gets done whenever. If ever. He seems to be open for business when it does not conflict with his busy family scedule, helping out his relative selling vegetables downstairs or being with other various relatives. He offered me no discount or apology for my time and effort wasted there. He was finally unable to repair my screen on a BB8510 and claimed I would need a new battery as well. It took a month-and-a-half for him to figure it out. He has no system for tracking stock, parts, customers, cash, costs. I doubt he can tell the difference between milliVolts and millipedes. It is a wonder he finds clothes in the morning to get dressed. I took my phone to VanCell, in East Vancouver where I got pro service and the repairs were done the same day. Nothing wrong was found about the battery. BB is running just fine, see my review on VanCell.
