Byrne Creek Ravine Park

A great hidden gem! Love jogging around with the dogs on the weekends through here. Beautiful quiet spot.

Great little park! I come here almost everyday, I’m so surprised I’m only writing a review for this place now! I live in «City in the Park», the park being Byrne Creek Park. When I first moved in to the neighbourhood, I instantly fell in love with the area because of this park. This area is surrounded by condos/​town homes, so its nice to have a park to take the kids and dogs to. Its about 5 km trail with 150 steps stairs on the trail. Lots of friendly dogs walking around (with their owners) but be careful lots of coyotes. The ravine is really pretty, in the summer the water is higher and I find a lot more prettier and during the winter it’s more rocky with a small stream.
