This is the first time I do dry cleaning at busy bee. Yes. the price is reasonable but quality is bad. Looks like the photos I upload you will see they had damage the zipper on my mackage down coat.
It make my down coat looks cheap and bad.
As the rating is not good, I don’t think I will take my cloth there again.
Feel bad.

They failed to get the stain out of my rabbit costume not once, however, twice. Finally I had to do it myself in the laundry with baking soda and vinegar even though it compromised slightly the fluffiness of the costume. They had the nerve to charge me full price even though they couldn’t get out a simple surface stain.

Pickup up my man’s dry cleaning. The process was easy breezy. I love their name bee clean.
Look who I found. Thanks for the candies. The customer service was fast and efficient.

I am totally unimpressed with this cleaner. They have not done a good job of cleaning my suits, and the woman who works the front counter is unbelievably rude. I wouldn’t have gone back except I had a Groupon I had to use (they refused to take it the first time when I went to pay because I hadn’t told them when I brought my clothes in that I planned to use it to pay for the cleaning — not sure why it would matter, unless they inflate the price for Groupon customers). Last straw for me was last week when I put on an expensive wool sweater that I had sent for cleaning and found they had shrunk it so small I could barely get my arms through the cuffs, or get it zipped up. Never again — much better and friendlier cleaners in Burnaby.
