So upset and disappointed. First time to get an ultrasound for my first trimester. The tech was 20 min late coming back from lunch ! Really! Having to arrive with a full bladder is a painful experience. When the tech arrived, there was no apology! The service was quick and almost too quick. The pictures we received were blurry. I do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional. I came back from the doctors visit and she advised that they forgot to exam the cervix even though it was clearly noted on the document. I have to book another appointment. At least the reception & assistants are nice.

Paid $ 25 for a CD of my images only to find out they don’t work on macs.

Office is Quick & Efficient.
Tech’s have a lack of sensitivity & service. I had an ultrasound done on my neck & the tech threw me a towel afterwards and told me to wipe the gel off myself (without having a mirror in the room). Then waited impatiently outside the door pacing for me to leave.
I walked out asking myself if that just really happened!!!
I have yet to get my results!
