This gym is one of the few gems that offer small classes with quality training. Whether your goals are for fitness and endurance, toning up or looking to learn the art of fighting, this gym offers it all. The head coach is very astute and very friendly. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your endurance, or learn the sweet science, boxing is the one sport that does it all. The coach will definitely push you to your potential, physically and mentally. Since coming to this gym 5 months ago, I’ve shed about 16 pounds. I was 165 before joining this gym and now I’m in the 145 – 150, and only improving my endurance and fitness, as well as learning basic fight skills/defense. The people who attend the gym are friendly and encouraging, I recommended this to gym to both men and women who are looking for ways to get fit. This gym offers a variety of classes, ranging from conditioning through boxing, fighter’s technical training, and yoga a few times a week. Train today! –JLin

Joining a boxing gym in my 30’s with no prior experience was a bit intimidating, but after a few sessions with Robin at Beyond Boxing I feel more confident than ever. It’s a challenging and rewarding experience to train here, and the trainers/students helped make the transition from my comfy couch into the sometimes unforgiving gym a good one. When you join however, be prepared to work for it! Glad I started and don’t plan on leaving anytime in the near future.
