I am totally disgusted with the service level and wait time today at the 41st Ave. location. I have been here for one hour 9 – 10 and the numbering system has only advanced three numbers. I am number 9 and there are at least 20 other people behind me. What the hell are the technicians doing.

I’m surprised that there isn’t any reviews for this place. Advice is to go on a Sunday when the parking is free and it is quieter. Thankfully they were open for the Thanksgiving holiday when it was virtually dead. I had to fast almost 12 hours and having danced and burned 800 calories the night before at the club, I was glad that my wait wasn’t that long before I could come home and eat something. I appreciate that they open very early during the week so that in the future when I need testing, I can do this before work. The lady who served me was nice, patient and super sweet. I guess you have to be when working in the medical field. I was a little thrown off at the lady who worked at the counter beside her who picked her nose, noticed that I noticed her picking her nose like she was searching for gold and then continued typing, dealing with paperwork and giving stuff to other customers without using the one of 20 hand sanitizer bottles that were out. I am guilty of doing the same, however, I have a small bottle of marshmallow Halloween anti bacterial lotion from Bath and Body works that I carry with me all the time so that I can sanitize after my public nose picking. The medical community should be setting an example. Seeing as how the place was empty, I was really tempted to call her out on it, however, I was too weak, tired and hungry to mentally deal with it. I did, however, write a letter informing them they need to be more diligent in enforcing hygiene behavior of the staff. When you get your blood taken out, they give you juice. No more cookies like they used to. In other words it’s a BYOC party… bring your own cookie party.
