I no longer live in Burlington, but when I come back to visit I love when my schedule allows for some Wings Up. Such was the case two days ago, but my experience this trip was a little disappointing. We tried ordering online, which was easy even if the layout was a little awkward. Back in the 90’s I always ordered my wings«slightly sloppy», which meant a little extra sauce, for a dime extra. This time we ordered«sloppy» per the web option for 49¢ extra, as «slightly» was not there. Big mistake. The wings were virtually swimming in a soup of the various sauces ordered. However, that’s our fault since that’s what we ordered. I miss the«slightly» sloppy option, though. Fries and onion rings were great all around, and my daughter loved her order of dunkers, but the wings, even without factoring the sauce soup in to the equation, were tiny and… mushy? Yes, mushy, like they had sat around for awhile. Even the wings not ordered with the sloppy option were textured like this. Lastly, the unpleasant young lady working the register was the first negative service experience I’ve ever had there. We paid her when we arrived, early, and waited in the lobby. 5 minutes later, we are still the only customers there and she wandered out of the back and asked if we’d been helped? I was surprised, and started to answer«Yes, I just paid you 5 minutes ago» But I guess she got bored because she turned and walked behind a wall to the kitchen half way through my sentence. The young man that brought my order out, however, was smiling, polite and friendly. I’m hoping this was just an off night for an establishment I’ve been enjoying for better than 15 years, and I can adjust my review positively following a future visit.

I bought some wings last week. They were cold and not juicy at all. And the garlic bread was cold as well. The staff are friendly but I need the food to taste fresher or else I will go elsewhere. Please review my concerns. Thank you:)

I have been coming to Wings Up since I was a kid, when it was Wing Ding. I love the wings, make sure you get them«well done» if you’re not a fan of really messy wings. I usually go for the mild and honey garlic. The wings are huge, the orders of wedges are huge. The prices are a bit higher but to be honest it’s worth it to me. I don’t live in Burlington anymore but my parents still do and whenever I am home, I always try and make them order WingsUp for dinner!

I come here all the time. Good deals for lunch but man did they flop today. Cold fries and obviously they forgot the easy on the sauce part. Couldn’t even hold my sandwich. Sauce everywhere, on the outside of the bun, all over the packaging, and a cold bun. Will be a while before I come back. Threw my whole lunch in the garbage. Thanks for the five dollar pop.

I’ve ordered from Wings up for decades back when they were first known as Incredible wing ding in the late 80’s I was a regular at their Milton location. I was in Hamilton and decided to stop by the Guelph line location to pick up wings before heading to Oakville. I phoned my order in and asked for 1 lbs wing combo the wings naked meaning NO breading. I was told order would be 25 mins. My order was just finishing as I arrived. Got home to find I was given breaded wings instead on un-breaded. Since I was in Oakville I wasn’t going to drive back to Burlington to get a new order. I should have checked them before I left the store and not assumed they would get my order right. I was mildly annoyed – don’t trust them to get your order right double check before you leave if you do take out.

Really great. I love wings but really like the boneless wings the best. These are my fav by far. Great sauce for dipping. I go back all the time.
