Let me start off by saying they have the best tasting frozen yogurt in the Hamilton/​Burlington area.
I tend to try new things when I go. Recently, I had a bowl with Nutella FroYo, Oreo/​birthday cake, and vanilla bean. I usually don’t mix flavours, just layer them separately.
You have to ask them for a sample cup. They aren’t out in the open, but they are available.
I’ve found service to be hit or miss. The first time I went there, I forgot to but a bit of Nutella on top of my bowl, and the cashier let me put it on free of charge after I pay for it. Little things like that keep me coming back. Last time I went there, the cashier forgot to unlock the door, and I waited in my car fifteen minutes before I called the store and had her open it. Didn’t receive an apology, but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
