I went to @TimHortons to get some donuts. This location was the very few Tim Hortons to have the Coconut Cream donut. I ordered a half a dozen and when I got home I was quite disappointed to find hair in my box of donuts. I called them and told them my issue. The staff handled it quite well and took down my information. The manager proceeded to call me the following day. He apologized and told me to come back and they would replace the box. He could have offered me more for my troubles but mehhh, i’m ok with the replacement. I would return, as the service seems better than other times that I have been to. Until next time, Jimstar out!
