Sketchy. Dirty methods. Red flag after red flag.
Located in the middle of nowhere, probably best when u wanna keep below the radar for promoting a place like this. Cover charged only to walk in to a nearly empty place (except 1 other party of 4) with music so loud you can’t even hear the hostess and we are told we can only pay with cash and cards are not accepted (red flag). We were optimistic and decided to make the best of it while we sat and waited. Our server brought over a menu for food drinks and hookah. Then a handwritten stained pieces of folded notebook paper and crossed out words here and there, presenting it to us as the «currently availability hookah flavors» (red flag). We still kept an open mind and began to place out orders. Every hookah food and drink order requested was «not available» or out of stock. We ask to see the manager, who walks in and tried to make a package deal to accommodate the lack of availability from all departments. Hungry ad realizing there is not much to eat, we ask for our cover money back to leave. We are approached by promoter who refuses to return our money and begins arguing with manager about lack of food or hookah flavors or drinks (red flag). The unprofessional Promoter goes back to negotiate giving us back half but returns with 4 bouncers and forces us out of the place and curses at us upon us asking for our refund after he tells us he is not allowed to serve us hookah tobacco because the place is not licensed to do so, and continues to yell at us as we walk out the door. (red flag confirmed)

They started to charge $ 20 cover. You also have to pay 15 for each shisha, food. Place becomes a rip off.

The outside is somewhat deceiving until you walk in and realize the place is indeed just a small lounge with a very intimate setting.
Staff are very accommodating.
So many different flavors for hookah to choose from along with the flavored water which we opted out for.
First time smokers ar truly unaware as to how light the smoke is and feel as if it’s smoking nothing. The harshness of regular cigarettes can’t be compared as the shisha and has the unique flavor infused.
Exotic Candy was nice to start with Crown Royal at your side.
Lounge chairs and ample tables, minimal décor and many patrons.

Never coming back here again. This place is super sketchy– located around business area (mostly autoshops). The music was so loud for an empty place on a Wednesday night and you couldn’t have a conversation without having to yell. It seemed like it was a wanna be nightclub or something. Not only that, its expensive. You pay $ 15 for the hookah but then you have to pay extra for water, flavours and hose. Definitely not worth the price.

Looks nice and the owner Virgil is friendly but we refused to pay the $ 15 cover each tonight. Maybe I’ll come back another night when there’s no «special event». Heard it was empty on Thursday night and it was damn near empty tonight at midnight so I’m not sure why cover is so high. btw, shisha is $ 15! Really? Should have stayed at Fusion Lounge where the DJ was poppin and cheaper shisha. Virgil, I’ll give Ur place a try next time and update review.

more than just an amazing hookah bar! Went for soft opening, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere! Brampton has never seen something like this before. Try their e hookah pens amazing!
