Worst Enterprise location ever. Extremely rude and confused representatives. Make sure they don’t charge you extra for no reason. Check over the charges of the size of vehicle you are booking, as well as the deposit amount before you make the reservation with them.
Make sure to check other websites for reviews on them. They have requested not to take any more reviews for this location on Yellowpages. Their rude behavior and cheating their customers explains why.

I wouldn’t rent from anyone else in Brampton. I’ve been renting cars here annually over the past six years, twice last year, usually for a week. Last week I enjoyed driving a Dodge Charger.
They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They don’t upsell you on cars, and they aren’t pushy if you waive the company-​offered insurance coverages. They usually have the kind of car you want, and readily accept coupons, like the free upgrade coupons from the Entertainment Book. Their rental prices are competitive and mileage is unlimited.
They will pick you up, or send a taxi to pick you up on their account.
The only thing they could improve on is better inside and outside cleanliness of the cars. I’m pretty picky though; my standards may be too high.

Very professional and outstanding service. Initially frustrated that I was outside their pickup zone but once I arrived was offered an upgrade and upon return also negotiated a discounted flat rate to the airport. One of my best car rental experiences.
