Brampton Gateway Terminal

This terminal opened earlier this week on Monday (November 26), replacing the old and derelict Shoppers World Terminal further west on Steeles. It has a nice indoor waiting area, and the terminal is wide enough such that three buses can be side by side.
However, the setup/​design of this terminal is horrible. The outdoor waiting area is exposed to all the weather elements, yet there’s only a couple of glass panes to block the wind. There are no shelters anywhere outside the waiting area, which wouldn’t be a problem if the bays for routes 51 and 53 weren’t located so far away from the waiting area.
The terminal is also incomplete, inside there’s a large section still taped off, with construction still going on. There’s also the Target being constructed behind the terminal that currently makes it a bit of an eyesore.
Overall, it seemed rushed, and personally I wouldn’t have minded if the terminal opened in the new year as it seems to be only about 70% complete.
