Really, the best pizza in the area. The sauce is made on-site, and has a spicy tang. The pizza is just solid. The storefront is unobtrusive; do not let appearances fool you. For suburban Halifax, this is truly the best pizza available.

Let’s begin things, this restaurant is a must if you want to consider yourself experienced when it comes to donairs. Their donair meat is the best bar none(and trust me I have had every place’s worth discussing). I have been ordering rocky lake pizza for ages, in fact it was my first donair ever. And every time I come back home to Nova Scotia it is at the top of my list(above visiting friends and family… sorry, but priorities). I really cannot overemphasize my status as regular customer, in undergrad it got to the point that I would call and they would see my number on the caller ID answer and say how long it would be without me ordering. The perfect meal: large donair, extra meat, sauce on the side, no veggies(because you could never dream of lifting it, so you have to eat it piece wise), large poutine, regular caesar salad, and a 2L of crush cream soda. A few years back their poutine changed a bit and I haven’t liked it quite as much so sometimes I order poutine from elsewhere but their donair meat has stayed perfect. I also recommend(from experience) ordering it by the pound for events, everyone who has ever tried it agrees it’s the best they’ve had!!!

Such a classic place to get garlic fingers. The prices are unbeatable, combined with the massive pies this place is for sure a contender for THEBESTPIZZAINTHEWORLD.
