Walking On A Cloud

The first time I shopped at this store, December 2013, I wasn’t happy with the customer service. The woman helping me was hyper and a whirlwind of information. She talked me OUT of buying insoles — good for me but bad for their store. I ended up buying insoles somewhere else. I must say that the Blundstones I went home with are the best shoes I own.
My second experience in this store, May 2014, was horrible. The woman assisting me took far too long to do so. This may not have been her fault; sometimes it’s difficult to find stock. She was incredibly short with her customers and seemed annoyed to be working. She seemed as though she was taking a bad day out on her customers. Furthermore, any questions I asked seemed to be regarded as stupid.
If you absolutely MUST shop at Walking on a Cloud, you’ll survive the experience. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it.
