Starbucks

Slow service if you go in store. Drive thru has the priority. They will ignore people inside to fill the drive thru orders.
It’s very annoying, well I guess unless you are using the drive thru then I guess its great.

Best coffee ever.
Come here all the time with friends.
Drive thru gets very busy at times, but the wait is usually not too bad.
Wonderful staff at this location.

Reasonably nice place to sit and chat or do work. Some staff aren’t sure whether complimentary refills of brewed coffee are permitted when using starbucks card. It’s usually a no brainer however in two instances I was charged. The café is quite clean and provides ample seating. The drive thru lane is very handy when on the go.

Dropped by here on Saturday afternoon to grab my favour SB– Skinny Caramel Macchiato. I came here once before to study and this is a great location for that as it is not as busy as other locations.
However, both visits the service was rather slow and there was no one else in line. There were 4 staff working and the drive through didn’t seem to be too busy either, so it’s hard to understand how one drink could take couple minutes to make. The counters were not very clean as well.

I visit this location often when I am in Aurora. The baristas there are always cheerful, polite, and friendly. My orders have yet to get messed up, so I hope that this trend continues!
The barista today was a bit confused when I had asked to use a reward on my green tea frapp and I also handed her a sweet treat receipt for my lemon cranberry scone. She thought that I was using the receipt for the drink. She got it once I had explained it. I should need to, but we all have off days.
Anyway, I recommend dropping by here because the accuracy of my orders is perfect.

I continue to go to this Starbucks… but there needs to be a little bit more customer service focus. I have walked in the there, and there are 3 people working on the drive-​through while I am standing at the counter waiting. Someone walks by and says «hello»… um, yeah, nice and all, but I came in for a coffee. Not for a hello.
Check out the Starbucks and corner of Yonge and Finch… That is the flagship in my opinion of speed, customer service, and the usual starbucks great coffee.
I will always love Starbucks, but I just wouldn’t rate this location as one of the better ones. It’s okay.

I did an experiment.
6 employees working…
3 people in line (including me).
Took 8 minutes to get my coffee…
Is it just me or does that seem excessive? I feel like screaming… «HURRY UP»
I notice some people move extremely fast in this location… but others are like molassas… in the winter… going uphill.
But… alas… I still need my Starbucks coffee.
SECOND UPDATE:
I have moved from walking into this Starbucks to using the drive through. Boom — this is where this Starbucks shines. Incredibly fast, accurate, and they still have time time to ask me how I’m doing every single time.
When you order through the drivethrough, the sticker receipt of what you ordered is actually stuck to the side of your coffee.
I dig it.

Have I mentioned that Pumpkin spiced lattes are back! This location is great and the staff are really easy going and fun to chat with while making your order.
When I hit up a Starbucks nowadays, it’s usually for one of their festive and delicious lattes. Pumpkin Spice is what’s super nice at the moment and in a few short weeks/​a month it will be all about the peppermint latte. My fav still remains the cinnamon dolce or the Skinny Vanilla bean latte BUT Pumpkin Spice is my seasonal love affair!
All that being said for those of us watching out waistlines you don’t realize how fatty and bad for you these drinks are, sometimes having caloric intakes close to your fav chain hamburger… no kidding read the stats on flavored Venti lattes!
Here is my Protip on how to still enjoy the great seasonal sweetness of these decadent lattes without worrying about sugar highs that rival the caffiene: I would recommend going½ sweet first off — these drinks have too much syrup anyway. Then opt for the non fat milk or lactose free milk to make the drink a skinny. And lastly no whipped cream keeps the calories LOW, if you want a little foam ask them for extra froth on your milk.
Don’t believe me? Download their app and design your own variation of the drink and then select the health information — the recommendation above literally cut the calories of this drink by almost 2/​3rds!!! BUT, the taste I’ve grown to love is still ever present!

Aurora!!! Do I really need to go that up north to find a peaceful Starbucks?
This is one of the few Starbucks I visit when I am the only one on a laptop or Ipad of any kind? There are even 2 outlets right in front of the store.
No students studying here either. not like it is close to any University.
The only complain I would have is the floor is extremely dirty. There are even crumbs and dirt behind my armchair… looks like no one ever bother to clean back there!
PS. It is now 3:45 pm and I am the only customer at Starbucks! Maybe everyone is using the Drive Thu?
