How can anyone find anything in this store? It looks as if a tornado and a hurricane met and destroyed a village together.
A lot of people working but no one asks if we need help finding anything in the pile of clothing thrown around the store.

trust the reviews you see online about this place. it is an absolute mess! there is no organization in the store; clothes are thrown everywhere, stepped on, and put right back on the hangers. if you walk in with the intention of finding something, it is highly unlikely you will be able to maneuver through the piles of clothes. sales associates have no knowledge on the current promotions. 2 associates told me the promotion was not running, i double checked online and called the store back to inform them that it was indeed running. lady on the phone told me i had to show them the email to get the discount, i called the customer service number and was informed there was no need to show them any type of email.
line up was longer than expected (likely due to the holiday season) but still moved slower than it should have.
overall, i would not recommend this location. you’re better off going to a mall, where they put in the effort to maintain a clean environment and properly train their staff
