Worst. Put in two requests — One regarding gutters and one regarding the roof. Two months have gone by and nothing.
They don’t communicate at all.
Our roadways are a complete mess.
What service are you actually rendering? I’m sure the Condo Board President can organize contractors in less time for less money.

Honestly the worse property management grp ever! Not helpful! Very rude! Did not want to listen to my concerns. Could not get anywhere with the property management.. so I spoke with the president who was pretty much the same … passed the buck and had no clue about customer service at all. Thanks guys for once again never helping me but always taking my money! Run as far away as you can fom these ppl. check before you buy property associated with this company

This is by far the worst Property Management Company I have seen, its more like its the «its not my problem None-​Managed Service».
I had a fire on my condo balcony at the END on march and now it is the start of September. I have had nothing done to my condo yet (Burnt marks on outside, no glass safety, no electricity in SOME part of the condo) which is completely unreasonable since I live in a 3 Year old building and paying Over 500.00 a month on maintenance.
I am finally going to be taking legal action.
