Starbucks

Esta unidade da Starbucks tem um lado nome outro ruim! Para quem vem de carro o estacionamento é grátis na frente! Pra mim não faz diferença pois venho sempre a pé ou de bike! O lado ruim são nos dias quentes! O ar-​condicionado não dá conta! Mesmo dentro é um forno! Precisam mudar! A nova equipe também não é tão atenciosa quanto à anterior! De resto é tudo igual… Igual a todas as Starbucks…

Uma das melhores Starbucks de São Paulo. Loja tranqüila, com um espaço agradável, sem muita gente e muita ferveção, com um atendimento bastante atencioso e prestativo. Uma loja que eu acho que deveria ser exemplo pra algumas outras da rede.
Sentar na área externa e tomar um café de boas é programa de qualquer hora!

Loja completamente fora dos padrões de atendimento da Starbucks. Somente um funcionário atrás do balcão fazendo caixa e preparando as bebidas ao mesmo tempo. Para completar, ficou batendo papo com o único cliente que estava na minha frente (aparentemente eram amigos) atrasando ainda mais.

When possible I try to support smaller brand coffee shops, but as this Starbucks is literally in the same block as my apartment I end up here quite a lot. Though not as fast as a U.S. s’bux the service here is top notch. They usually have someone on staff who can speak a little English though I don’t really think it’s needed as the menu items are all the same. It was a great place to practice my Portuguese when I first arrived in Brasil, as they are used to lots of foreigners coming in and hence very forgiving in their comprehension.
Unfortunately the food at all Starbucks in Brasil is even worse than in the US as they have none of the healthy options. Cakes and cookies can sometimes get stale sitting in the case, and the sandwiches are made with that kind of spineless bread that smushes to fully flat with a light touch. On the plus side the drinks are solid and after two years they’ve never gotten my order wrong.
The draw of this location is that it’s one of the best cafes for working in the area. The two level layout, reliable free wifi, large amount of tables with outlets and giant windows which let in ample light coupled with friendly service and consistent cleanliness make this a really enjoyable place to use a laptop.

Both indoor and outdoor seating — indoor is really spacious with tall ceilings and lots of window light.
When I came midday on Saturday, it wasn’t busy at all. I ordered two drinks which were made expertly and with care. The staff was friendly and polite!
I can see myself settling in here to get some laptop work done in the near future! It was quiet and peaceful.
There are also a few spots out front for parking.
