Marriott Executive Apartments

Excellent property located in a posh neighborhood. Walking distance to some very good restaurants and the biggest park in São Paulo.
Service staff is what makes this hotel nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast here and the room was well appointed and clean.

Stayed here for 7 nights during a recent trip to Brazil. The building is situated within a high-​end residential neighborhood that is fairly safe as far as São Paulo goes. There are several restaurants as well as Iberapuera Park (São Paulo’s largest urban park) all within walking distance.
Amenities:
Rooms are clean and comfortable and fully equipped with kitchenware. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of savory and sweet breakfast foods and fresh fruit juices every morning. Note that the hotel doesn’t really have a «business center». What they claim as their business center is really just an open area with a desk and a few couches. The fitness center has adequate equipment and provides fresh filtered water. There is also an outdoor pool available for lap swimming.
Service:
The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Aside from the front desk, most other staff members speak very limited English.
Overall, a great choice for a corporate hotel /​extended stay apartment in São Paulo. Our corporate rate was USD $ 227 /​night for the 1 bedroom. For shorter duration stays (1 – 2 weeknights) internet rates are around USD $ 150. Be sure to sign up for Marriott Rewards to take advantage of lower rates.
