Bistro L’entrecote D’olivier

* It’s not five star because of its price
This restaurant is the one for me that I go whenever I feel the urge to eat that specifically course (salad, entrecôte with some amazing sauce and with equally amazing fries)
The service is pretty good. Although it depends on which waiter will be serving me that meal, overall they are friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Since there are a reasonable number of waiters, you probably won’t have to wait that much to be served
The place it’s fine. There is no experience included when you go have a meal there because the design is pretty simple and I can’t remember if there is a thematic music playing there (which emphasizes the no experience theory). Not that it’s something bad. I consider a different experience something restaurants offer as a plus
The last, but not least, the amazing food! Unfortunately, this place is pretty expensive. Ordering the same course I do, you will pay something close to R$ 90 (including water and 10% of service)
Well, said that, this is place is one of my favorites to celebrate any special event. The salad is simple (from our mortal eyes, since we are talking about Olivier’s restaurant), but amazing! I love its sauce and a bit of nuts it follows. After it, the meat and french fries comes, along with a wonderful sauce to have it with french fries. The best news is that those amazing fries are all you can eat and I love their taste, texture and all
To end this marvelous meal, you can order their chocolate mousse. It is really a piece of paradise. Not too sweet and very light. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had so far

Antes de ir li alguns comentários que diziam que era um bife com batata frita com grife. Não é nada disso, o restaurante é incrível, a carne derrete na boca, o molho é pra lá de especial, e a batata frita é simplesmente a melhor do mundo! De quebra o Olivier estava lá, conversou conosco e foi super simpático. Ou seja, a experiência foi nota 10! Ah, não posso esquecer da mousse… não vou estragar a surpresa, todos devem experimentar!

Aproveitando 3 horas que tínhamos para o voo para Brasília em Congonhas, fomos ao L’Entrecôte do Jamie Olivier. Ao chegar fomos recebidos prontamente, lugar gostoso. As mesas são próximas demais e a gente escuta a conversa de todo mundo e vice-​versa. O atendimento é legal mas com altos e baixos. Mas também não vamos detonar por causa disso. A entrada é uma salada de filhas deliciosa com nozes. E o prato é batata frita com uma carne ao molho de mostarda… Só que é a batata, o molho e a carne!!! Show! Pedi para acompanhar um vinho tinto cabernet sauvignon chileno que combinou muito bem. A batata é servida à vontade e tudo fica muito gostoso… fique com o pão para passar no molho e comer junto com a carne. Muito bom. Para finalizar minha esposa pediu um tiramissu com frutas vermelhas e eu o mousse de chocolate soberbo. Ótima experiência e vale a pena conferir. Para os carnívoros é um lugar indispensável.

Fui conhecer o L’Entrecôte D’Olivier e fui com a expectativa super alta, acreditando que pudesse superar o L’Entrecôte de Paris. Uma pena! O molho não se compara… A batata não era tão sequinha e a carne não era tão saborosa… #fail
Para não ser tão decepcionante, a sobremesa era uma delícia! :)
