They have a full bar, pretty good drink selection by the way: Jack Daniels, Red Lebel, Campari, Beefeater, Abolute, sparkling, red/​white wines, beer selection.
As for food: fruits, few small and not very delicious desserts, weird make-​your-​own Caesar salad, few kinds of sandwiches (too much bread as usual and some tiny filling inside, I’d combine two or even three into one, throwing the excess of the bread), ravioli appetizer. As for hot — soup, pasta and sauses for it to choose from. Coffee machines, tea. They have big cups there, that’s rare and convenient!
Very clean toilets. There are three computers and a printer at the seperate room for your needs and have to mention — that the lounge itself is huge — even at the busy hours you’ll find a place for yourself whether at the table or just a cozy armchair. But it might be noisy.

Instead of individual club lounges for each airline, there is only one giant lounge here, and they’ve made it really nice. I love the display of hot and cold snacks laid out on the table. They are so cute to look at and probably filling enough for a light dinner. I would say some of the foods looked better than they tasted, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. I ain’t gonna complain about free food. ;) There is also a variety of beverages to choose from.
I like the plethora of wall sockets and the free wi-​fi, so I was able to plug in and do my work when I had to stay here to wait for my flight.
The style is modern with sleek decorations, and I sat at the bar area last time, where the bartender could make your drinks to order.
You tell the receptionist your flight when you check in, so they’ll call you when it’s time to board the plane.

Para quem olha, tanto de fora, quanto ao adentrar, com toda a certeza a arquitetura irá impressionar bastante, assim como o tamanho. Uma ampla sala de espera com facilidades e amenidades para passageiros voando em companhias aéreas membro da rede Star Alliance. Existem regras para se acessar o espaço adotadas por cada companhia aérea.
Há ambientes distintos como bar, business center, banheiros com chuveiros e uma ilha com algumas opções de comidas. Estive rapidamente antes de um voo e passei para um breve pit-​stop já que estava faminto. Apesar de não estar muito cheio, ainda que sendo véspera de feriado, as opções estavam bem fracas. Alguns sanduíches, umas folhas de alface meio murchas, uma sopa de tomate com cara de ketchup dissolvido em água.
O novo terminal 3 do Aeroporto GRU tem muitas opções para se matar o tempo após passar pelos procedimentos de segurança e checagem de passaporte, seja com compras ou em restaurantes e sempre haverá um lugar para você se sentar. Se você não se sentir sortudo ou privilegiado para acessar esse espaço, saiba que também não está perdendo muita coisa…

Fairly decent Lounge for LATAM standards. This lounge has a good shower facility and plenty of open space with good lounge seating and office work area. The food spread is a bit weak, however, the coffee is legit because the machine they use is high quality. Solid overall, wouldn’t mind hitting this up again.
