Stay here for business/​work
I don’t speak Portuguese but I didn’t have any trouble getting help from the hosts. The hotel is walking distance from another hotel that will exchange dollars for Brazilian money which beats getting in a taxi and having to go to the airport or the mall
1 dollar got me 2.85 which isn’t bad
All in all hotel has a certain smell to it which is great
Top floor has a pool, sauna, and a little workout room which I had all to myself

Rooms are simple and clean. Internet is too slow to host a WebEx, but enough for basic browsing. 24 room service is a plus for international travelers. Air conditioning only in the bedroom. Pullout sofa bed available in the living room for kids or in-​laws. Breakfast and lunch buffets are decent by American and Brazilian standards. Free airport shuttle. Overall, it’s a value hotel for international travelers.
