came here for one night with three adults. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and resort. The reception desk had people who spoke a decent amount of English. They answered all of our questions and were very patient with us. They were able ti give us estimates on cost to our specific locations via taxis. They even allow you to borrow an adapter for a refundable fee upon return of the adapter. We got a room with three beds and when we first walked in. I immediately noticed how clean and spacious the room was. We had two bathrooms and both were extremely clean. The AC unit also worked very well. It worked so well that the room could actually be freezing! They provided shampoo and soap. Only thing I wished they included was lotion. The beds were comfortable. We had no troubles sleeping and the blankets worked well. The interior design of the room was excellent. Choice or flooring and bathroom material all made sense. In terms of things to do, they have a large pool area with a lot of chairs. It really gives the feeling of a resort. They even have 4 bowling alleys, two pool tables, 1 Foosball table, 1 air hockey table, and 1 ping pong table. These are some of the things that adults can do. I dont think this place is just for kids. It is true that we saw a lot of families here but it is worth staying here even if you dont have kids. We did not try their dinner here but we thought their breakfast was excellent. I only say that now after comparing it to the breakfast at Sheraton on the Argentina side. There are tons of options and variety here. One of our family members was vegetarian and was able to find lots of things to eat for breakfast. One important amenity to me is the internet. They had no restrictions on how many devices that could be connected and the speed was fast enough. I even tested stability of the internet by leaving my computer on all all night and it did not get disconnected even once. That was amazing! Next thing I checked for was plugs. We did not need any converters because the US two prong was able to fit into their wall sockets. You just have to check the voltage range for your device. It worked for my laptop, galaxy phone and iphones. One thing that was not in the room was a hair blow dryer. I forgot how much the taxi ride cost from airport to here but I think it was about 60 – 70 reals. Taxi prices are negotiable, so definitely do it, just dont low ball them. They also have YES tourism company within the hotel( ). I did not get a chance to compare to other companies, but their prices seemed reasonable after converting it back to USD. It’s tourism, you should expect it to cost mote, just not a lot more. The tour guide we had was Antonio, a college student, He was super friendly, he knew a lot about the falls but his delivery could have been better. You could tell that he didnt have many years of experience in tourism. Short summary about the tour. For our group, only we did the helicopter ride while others did the bird park. Nobody did both so I’m not sure how they would plan it out. The helicopter ride finished before the bird park people so we just waited. Then they drive everyone to the falls entrance to buy your tickets and any additional rides you want to do(ie boat ride). There are lockers at the park, big lockers too(able to fit 1 carry on luggage and 3 backpacks). Then they take you to the start of the falls and you are on your own at that time. He just tells you that you should be at the restaurant area around a certain time and you’ll leave around that time to go om the boat ride. After that, they will take you back to your hotels. What we did was we paid for part of the tour, mainly to get there, then we decided not to use them to go back to the hotel. Because of that, I was able to negotiate a discount with them. From the park, we took a taxi to the Argentina side where our hotel was at. I will continue that adventure on that respective review. After comparing 3 hotels, I am giving this the highest rating. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. It it a little far from the falls but I think it is totally worth it.
